wardrobe malfunctions and phoning in

So another great performance of "joseph" last night.

so to speak.

i got to the theatre around 5:30 so i had plenty of time, but then i started chatting and not paying attention to the time. in no time at all i was behind schedule. not late just running behind(there is a difference). the show starts and i add a really funny shtick with curlers. but the consequence was i had to finish my hair quickly so needless to say, not my best hair night. the show goes along pretty well until i forget to sing a line. I'm standing there thinking, oh no who forgot to sing...wait, i forgot to sing( of course this all happens in a matter of 2.4 seconds) and i come in late and it sounds dumb...i hope no one noticed. then during close every door Joseph has the misfortune to loose his loincloth...yes his loincloth...here we are in a tender moment and the audience starts to bust up laughing . it was a little hard to keep character myself.

Note to self... stay focused and don't phone in the performance. it's contagious.
